In office consultations include a weighted feed with medical grade scale, a detailed visit summary and care plan to help you achieve your goals.
We will provide you with a superbill coded under the lactating parent. We cannot guarantee that your insurance will reimburse you under the Affordable Care Act.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
